Refund Policy: You will get a refund, on request for any item you have not yet received. This includes if you do not wish to wait for items that are backordered. Cyberites does NOT charge a restocking fee. There are however, no refunds given on items already received by you. If it is an item of clothing that does not fit, we will exchange it for the correct size. If an item is defective, it will be exchanged for the same item.
Return Policy: Due to Health Canada regulations, we are not permitted to accept returns on any item that comes in contact with any "private" parts on your body. We do accept returns on defective mechanical items or clothing that does not fit (with certain exceptions like any groin area undergarments). These items will be exchanged for the same item only or at our discretion, store credit or a refund. All returns must be approved, and no returns are accepted after 14 days of receipt (not the day you ordered, but the day you received it).
Examples of items we cannot accept returns on are: vibrators (unless mechanically defective), dildos, panties, thongs, etc..
Examples of items we will accept returns on are: bras, pants, gag gifts (unopened), etc...
