If you are located outside of this area and wish to make a purchase, contact us directly.  You will be required to pay the shipping by courier with full insurance and tracking, and payment must be made via EMT (Electronic Money Transfer) or international money order.
 
How long will it take for me to get my order?

 Order time varies depending on the product.  Most toys/novelty items are shipped within 2-3 business days of your order.  Allure Leather items can take up to a week or two and Coquette items can take 3-6 weeks.  You can track your order online or you can just contact inquire@cyberites.com 

How do I know I am getting the best price?

Because if you don't, we will take care of you.  Many businesses come and go in this industry, so we can't always keep our site updated to the lowest price all the time.  But if you find another Canadian site with a lower price on something we carry, then you will get a refund + 10% of the difference.  See our Price Protection Guarantee for more details.

I can't find what I'm looking for. Now what?

Due to space limitations, we cannot put everything we carry on the site. We have access to tens of thousands of products from around the world, and chances are if you don't see what you are looking for, we can still get it. Just send me an e-mail to inquire@cyberites.com. Even if you want a recommendation we can still help you out. We've been in this business a long time, and are confident we can get you nearly anything you may want.

I am living an "Alternative Lifestyle". Do you have products for me?

Absolutely! Cyberites caters to all lifestyles! Straight, Gay, Bi, BDSM or other..... Be assured that whatever your flavour is, we have something here for you. Don't be shy to ask about something. We are here to serve you. All we want to do is make you happy, and whether that happiness comes in a feather boa, or a leather whip, we want to be there to provide it for you. Tell me a little more about your company...

Tell me a little more about your company It all started in November of 1991 where I got my first job in an adult video store. I was 18 at the time. The person I was working for was only interested in selling videos, since at the time, "Uncut" pornography was just legalized to be sold in Ontario. Vendors selling adult toys, novelties and lingerie would come in all the time trying to sell to my boss, but he wasn't interested. I took the initiative with these contacts and started up my own company called Intimate Additions. I was young, and the business failed, but I kept those contacts and studied business management and computer studies in school, and then started up again in January of 1998 under the name Cyberites. In 2004, Tori Blue joined the Cyberites Team offering sexual advice all all Cyberites customers at no charge.  The business has been successful since then and has been online for over 9 years now. We thank all of our customers for helping us get to this point.

Are all of the products you offer online?

Unfortunately not, there are just so many products that we carry there is not enough room on the site to place them all. However, if you are looking for something you don't see here, chances are we can get it for you. Send an E-Mail to us and we will get right on finding your item for you.

Where are all the explicit pictures/porn? I can't find any! Isn't this a porn site?

That's because there isn't any here. Though this site is meant for adults, we do not sell, show or promote pornography of any kind. We just like it better that way, and our customers do as well. If you are looking for such content, there are thousands of other web sites that would be happy to accomodate you.

Is it safe to use my credit card here?

Absolutely. We don't even get to know what your credit card is. You may be wondering if we don't know what the card number is, then how can we charge you. We use a third party credit card processing company called InternetSecure. When it comes time for your payment to be processed, you will be transferred to their secure server away from this site until the payment is completed, and then you will be transferred back here. InternetSecure has been doing this for a long time and their chargeback rate is less than one half of one percent of their total sales, which is the lowest in the industry. What do you mean when you say "For Novelty Use Only"?

Well, all the products we sell are are for novelty use only. This means basically that the product may or may not do what the packaging says it will. For example, a lotion that says it will get a woman hot and horny or a Pump that says it will increase your penis size may or may not work. You may then wonder what the point of purchasing such products are. The answer is easy... We at Cyberites believe that sex is 99% between your ears. It's all about playing out the fantasy in your head. Just remember when you purchase a product like this, you are already showing you have a good imagination. Just bring that imagination into the bedroom (or wherever else you happen to be) with you and you will do fine.

I'm thinking of buying a certain item, but the picture/description isn't clear enough. What should I do?
